Reasons To Leave:1. Flat increment irregardless of performance
2. Promotion without increment
3. Lack of challenge / motivation
4. Lack of career opportunities
5. Office politics (as usual)
Reasons To Stay:
1. 5 day workweek
2. Good boss
3. (Quite) flexible working hours
4. (Quite) laidback and relaxed environment
5. I get to wear a T, jeans and sneakers to office
6. Healthy level of respect from peers and bosses
7. Easy job (dunno whether this is a reason to leave or stay)
8. Free calls, SMS, MMS and GPRS
I guess I'll stay (for now).

No problem with that. Make it an internet-based grass cutting company. One branch in Bristol, another in KL: MNC status wey!
