2008 Goals Update (June)

Forgot to update for May, so here goes for 2 months (May and June)....

2008 Goals:
Distance To Run: 1168km
Races To Run: 6 Half Marathons
Weight To Lose: 6 kgs

What I've Done:
Distance Run: 707km
Races Done: 7
- KL Int Towerthon
- KLIM Half Marathon
- BHP Orange Run
- Shoe String Run
- NB Klang Pacers Half Marathon
- NB Pacesetters 15km Run
- Port Dickson Internation Half Marathon
Weight Lost: 3 kg

What's Left To Do:
Distance To Go: 461km
What's Left To Race: 3 Half Marathons
What's Left To Lose: 3 kgs

Am I On Track?
Running mileage dropped, but made up for it in terms of fitness by doing more brick sessions (Bike-Run-Swim)... 6 months gone and on track to meet / surpass my goals in terms of mileage, races and fat loss...
